DELIVERY & RETURNS

1. Has my order shipped? 

As soon as your order has shipped from our warehouse you receive an update by email, confirming successful shipment. 

For shipments to international destinations, customers may check the progress of their order via the tracking number assigned to each order by UPS and communicated to each customer by email.  

 

2. I have received a defective item 

We want all of our customers to receive products of exceptional quality.  Should you receive a defective item please contact us in any of the following ways:

  • By e-mailing us at order@ioannakourbela.com   

Our Customer Service Department will take care of your claim immediately.  Upon receiving your shipment, it is important that you check carefully the condition of the items you have purchased, ensuring that their packaging shows no traces of damage. 

 

3. Do you ship at P.O. Box addresses?

We are able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses in the U.S.A., Australia, Cyprus, and the United Arab Emirates. For all other countries we can deliver to your permanent home or work address. 

When accepting delivery of your shipment at your work address, please ensure that there will be someone there to accept delivery.  

 

4. There is an item missing from my order

Email us at order@ioannakourbela.com or call our Customer Service Department at +30 210 9942731 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am -17:00 pm hours GMT +3).  

 

5. I received an item that was not part of my order 

Email us at order@ioannakourbela.com or call our Customer Service Department at +30 210 9942731 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am -17:00 pm hours GMT +3).  You will immediately receive all necessary clarifications. 

 

6. Return Policy

Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging; and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. 

When returning an item, you must send either an e-mail to returns@ioannakourbela.com making sure yοu have included your order code or by calling our Customer Service Department at 0030 210 9942731 (Monday through Friday, 09:00 am-17:00pm hours GMT +3).

  • For GR Returns

You may return an item within fifteen (20) days following its date of delivery. Five (5) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.

  • For International Returns

You may return an item within twenty (20) days following its date of delivery. Ten (10) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.

7. Refunding

Our return policy provides you with the following options:

  • Credit: Your e-shop account is credited with an amount equal to the purchase price of the item(s) you are returning. This amount goes toward your future purchases. Your account is credited immediately after we receive the goods returned and we e-mail you to confirm the credit you have received. 
  • Refund: We cannot refund money. 

     

8. How do I exchange or return an item? 

If you wish to make changes in the size and/or color of an item you have purchased at our ioannakourbela e-Shop you may contact us either by calling our Customer Service Department at 0030 210-9942731 (Monday through Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm hours GMT +3) or by e-mailing us at order@ioannakourbela.com

Customers have full responsibility for returning the item, including all rates that apply, as well as the safe shipping of the package they are returning. The best way is to send it registered or by courier service. Κ3 Wearable Thinking cannot be held liable for any losses. Please be aware that it will take 1-2 weeks for the package to be delivered to us and processed. 

 

9. Return Restrictions

Items must be returned within 20 days as of the date of receiving the purchased item. 

Before returning any item(s) to us, you must first receive approval from our Customer Service Department. To do so please contact our Customer Service Department at +30 210-9942731 (Monday through Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm hours GMT +3) or send an email to returns@ioannakourbela.com.

Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For obvious health safety reasons we do not accept returns for swimwear, leggings, and/or underwear items. 

All returned items undergo inspection. Any item(s) found ineligible will be returned to you on your expense. 

So that you may avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect the items you have purchased as soon as you receive them, checking the condition the purchased items are in, for signs of damage to the packaging and for any visible indications of potential problems (e.g., wrong item, etc).  

 

10. Are there any charges involved in returning items? 

Should you return an item, you incur only the cost directly involved in having to ship the item(s) back to us. If the reason for returning an item lies with our Company, we take full responsibility for any shipping costs involved in the return at our expense; we will then send back the correct item at the shipping address you have indicated, via courier. 

 

11. How will I know you are in receipt of the item(s) I have returned? 

When the items reach our facilities we will inform you by email. 

 

12. Can I return items purchased from any of the Ioanna Kourbela stores? 

No, we accept returns of items purchased only through our ioannakourbela e-Shop.
